About the Role
This is a part-time veterinary surgeon position based at the Medivet practice in Boston, Lincolnshire. You'll deliver exceptional clinical care in consultations and surgery whilst working within a collaborative, supportive team environment. With a manageable 1 in 4 Saturday rota, this role offers a better balance between professional responsibility and personal time.
You'll be accountable for patient care within the clinic, ensuring the highest standards of regulatory compliance and operational excellence. The practice values clinical excellence and client care, giving you the opportunity to develop tailored treatment plans and make a real difference for both patients and their owners.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional clinical care to patients during consultations and surgical procedures, maintaining all regulatory and practice standards
Develop individualised treatment plans in partnership with clients
Collaborate effectively with colleagues in a supportive team setting
Contribute to the professional development of the wider Medivet community
Requirements
Qualified MRCVS (Member of the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons)
Passion for clinical excellence and high-quality client care
Team player with strong communication skills
