This part-time Client Care Assistant position is a maternity cover opportunity with Medivet’s Peterborough Bretton team in Rightwell East, Bretton, Peterborough. You’ll be the first point of contact for client phone calls and visits, so the role is centred on creating a calm, organised and welcoming experience at reception.
The practice is looking for someone who can bring strong client-facing skills, good numeracy and confidence with online appointment booking systems. You’ll also need to be able to prioritise, stay calm under pressure and work flexibly within a supportive team.
Saturday working is part of the rota, with the role including 1 in 5 Saturdays.
