About the Role
You'll take a central clinical role in a busy small animal practice, leading nurse-led appointments and working alongside the veterinary team to deliver consistent, high-quality patient care. Your days will blend independent nursing responsibilities with collaborative surgical and procedural support, knowing you're part of a practice that values both your expertise and your wellbeing.
Based in Daventry, Northamptonshire, this full-time position offers the structure and team support many nurses are actively seeking—no juggling multiple practices or navigating understaffed rotas on your own.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct nurse-led appointments and Schedule 3 activities, delivering exceptional patient care and monitoring throughout
Support veterinary surgeons during consultations, surgeries, and procedures, maintaining full compliance with regulatory and operational standards
Manage patient admissions, discharges, and ongoing monitoring care
Work collaboratively within a supportive nursing and clinical team
Maintain the highest standards of patient welfare and regulatory compliance
Requirements
RCVS registered Veterinary Nurse
Demonstrated commitment to exceptional patient and client care
