Medivet Chester-le-Street is seeking an experienced first opinion Veterinary Surgeon for a six-month fixed-term position. This is a full-time role, covering 40 hours across 4 days per week, with a 1 in 5 Saturday morning rota from 8:30am to 12:00pm.
The practice is based close to the town centre and offers a modern clinical environment for a varied first opinion caseload. You'll be joining a friendly, close-knit team with experienced Veterinary Surgeons, Nurses and Receptionists, plus a collaborative approach to patient care.
The practice is also an ISFM-accredited Cat Friendly Clinic, with dedicated feline access and separate spaces designed for cat care.
Medivet Chester-le-Street is a spacious, modern practice close to the town centre in Chester-Le-Street, Durham. It supports a varied first opinion caseload and includes dedicated wards, a large waiting area, a spacious prep room and a separate imaging suite.
