This is your chance to take real ownership of surgery. Based in the market town of Daventry, you'll be the sole surgical focus of the practice, meaning every surgical case comes to you. The role is full-time across 4 days per week (part-time applications welcome), with weekend rota cover at a sister 24-hour hospital on a 1-in-3 Saturday or 1-in-6 full weekend basis. Crucially, there is no out-of-hours on-call commitment, allowing you to maintain genuine work-life balance. Daventry offers charming market town living with excellent local amenities and countryside nearby, plus easy access via the M1 motorway and A45 road.
You'll work in a well-equipped practice featuring ultrasound, ECG, dental facilities, an in-house laboratory, and separate cat and dog wards.
