About the Role

This is a partnership opportunity at Medivet Roehampton, a well-established small animal clinic serving a loyal and growing client base across London—from Putney Heath and Wimbledon to the leafy surrounds of Richmond Park. You’ll take ownership of a clinic with modern facilities, a state-of-the-art theatre, and advanced surgical and diagnostic equipment, all housed in a beautiful, calm setting.

Unlike traditional practice ownership, you won’t be navigating the risks alone. You’ll lead your clinic day-to-day while being part of a partner-led regional network where you can share cases, skills, and expertise with nearby partners. Clinical backup and out-of-hours support come from the local emergency hub, so you’ll never feel isolated in your leadership—mentorship is always nearby.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Roehampton clinic as its practice owner, shaping its culture and direction
• Deliver high-quality small animal, exotic, and emergency and critical care to the established local client base
• Build and mentor a clinical team aligned with your values and vision
• Collaborate with the partner network to share clinical expertise and support
• Manage clinic operations with full support from Medivet’s HR, payroll, marketing, and health & safety teams
• Develop the practice’s potential while maintaining continuity of care for your community

Requirements

• Qualified veterinary surgeon with clinical expertise and ambition
• Strong leadership drive and desire to own and grow a practice
• Passion for high-quality care and community impact
• Previous business experience is not required—just clinical skill and the appetite to lead
