This Veterinary Surgeon role is based at Medivet Stevenage in Shephall, Hertfordshire. You will be joining an experienced, supportive team in a branch partner-led practice, with day-to-day help from a Head Nurse, RVN, SVN, VCA and two Client Care Assistants.
The clinic is equipped for varied caseload work, with in-house biochemistry and haematology, ultrasonography and radiography. You will also have access to Medivet's 24-hour hospital in Enfield, which offers further support and services including CT and orthopaedics.
The rota includes weekday hours plus 1 in 6 full weekends or 1 in 3 Saturdays or Sundays, supporting the Enfield 24-hour hospital and spoke practices. The role also includes 2 to 3 weeks of on-call and 2 to 3 Bank Holidays per year, shared across the wider team.
