About the Role

Medivet Weymouth is a well-established and respected veterinary practice positioned on the picturesque Dorset coast, offering easy access to sandy beaches, coastal walks and outdoor activities—the kind of setting that naturally supports proper work-life balance. In this role, you’ll be accountable for delivering high-standard clinical care within the practice whilst working within a supportive environment where your clinical expertise and client-focussed approach are valued. This is a full-time permanent position where you’ll develop meaningful relationships with clients and patients alike.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional clinical care to patients during consultations and surgical procedures, maintaining the highest regulatory, practice and operational standards
• Develop and agree tailored treatment plans with clients, ensuring clear communication and shared decision-making
• Work collaboratively within the multi-disciplinary team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive workplace culture
• Share your clinical skills and support professional development across the wider Medivet communities
• Maintain full compliance with RCVS regulations and practice protocols

Requirements

• MRCVS registration with the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons
• Passion for clinical excellence and high-standard patient care

• Salary: £70,000 per annum (depending on experience)
