You'll deliver modern, proactive farm veterinary services to a progressive client base across three practice centres. With a 1:7 out-of-hours rota and a standard 4.5-day working week, this role prioritises sustainable work-life balance alongside a stimulating caseload.
The practice serves a strong dairy sector alongside progressive beef and sheep enterprises, with active calf health and flock health clubs. Beyond reactive care, the team provides structured herd and flock health planning, advanced breeding services, abdominal laparoscopic surgery, VetTech services including in-house foot trimming, farmer training initiatives, and overseas farm consultancy work. You'll be actively encouraged to pursue and develop your own clinical or consultancy interests, with excellent CPD support from experienced certificate and diploma holders in the team.
