This is a permanent, part-time position working 21 hours per week with full flexibility across seven days, including weekends. You'll support the Shop Manager in running one of PDSA's busiest shops, working closely with a dedicated team of volunteers to maximise profit and create a welcoming, well-presented store.
You'll deliver excellent customer service, manage efficient stock rotation, and use financial and competitor data to spot improvement opportunities. Your role will also champion the PDSA name in the local community, helping to generate item and cash donations and raising awareness of the charity's life-changing work.
