This is a part-time permanent position working 21 hours per week at PDSA's Keysham charity shop. You'll support the Shop Manager in the day-to-day running of the store, working alongside a dedicated team of volunteers to maximise profit and create a welcoming, well-presented retail space. The role combines the buzz of retail with the meaningful purpose of supporting PDSA's mission to provide veterinary care for pets of people in financial hardship.
You'll be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing efficient stock rotation, and maintaining strong brand messaging. Using financial and competitor data, you'll spot opportunities for improvement and help drive sales targets. You'll also champion PDSA in the local community, generating both item and cash donations whilst raising awareness of the charity's vital work.
