PDSA Romford is seeking a compassionate Receptionist to join its busy pet hospital team. You'll be the first point of contact for pets and owners who rely on PDSA's vital veterinary care, delivering excellent customer service from the moment they walk through the door or call. Working part-time at 15 hours per week on a varied shift pattern including weekdays, weekends and bank holidays, you'll balance the demands of a fast-paced environment while maintaining the warmth and professionalism that matters to vulnerable clients.
