About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a varied caseload of medical and surgical cases at PDSA Aston.
- Make evidence based clinical decisions and create practical treatment plans.
- Discuss realistic treatment options with owners, balancing best practice with each situation.
- Communicate clearly with clients and work positively with colleagues across the hospital.
- Contribute to case discussion, shared learning and continuous improvement within the service.
- Support PDSA's mission by helping champion client contributions and pet welfare.
Requirements
- Qualified Veterinary Surgeon.
- Adaptability and resilience to manage a diverse caseload.
- Clinical confidence to make sound, evidence based decisions.
- Strong communication skills.
- A collaborative approach and willingness to learn from others.
