About the Role
This is a 12 month maternity cover Veterinary Surgeon role with PDSA in Brighton, offered on a part time basis at 22.5 hours a week. The rota includes weekends on a 1 in 6 to 1 in 7 basis, working 8am to 8pm on both days, with uplift payment and the next 3 working days off the following week.
You will also work late shifts on a 1 in 6 to 1 in 7 basis, finishing at 10pm, with on call for stable inpatients and uplift payment. There are also intermittent telecons shifts, with possible working from home.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide veterinary care across a wide range of medical and surgical cases.
- Make evidence-based clinical decisions and discuss realistic treatment options with owners.
