About the Role
This is a full-time permanent position offering genuine flexibility, with part-time hours considered for the right candidate. You'll work 37.5 hours per week in a highly collaborative hospital environment where case discussion and shared learning are central to daily practice.
You'll see a diverse caseload of medical and surgical cases that challenge and develop your skills whilst making a tangible difference to pets and owners who genuinely need support. The role demands clinical confidence, adaptability and resilience, combined with excellent communication skills to discuss realistic treatment options with clients and build trust across the team.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Qualified Veterinary Surgeon with RCVS registration
- Strong clinical confidence and sound decision-making ability
- Adaptability and resilience to handle a diverse caseload
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Team player with collaborative, positive approach
- Evidence-based clinical practice and pragmatic welfare focus
