PDSA Leicester is seeking a qualified, experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join a friendly team delivering care to pets whose owners are facing financial hardship. The caseload is varied, with medical and surgical work that brings clinical challenge as well as the chance to make a meaningful difference every day.
You’ll need to be adaptable, resilient and comfortable making evidence based decisions. The role also calls for strong communication skills, a pragmatic and welfare focused approach, and the confidence to discuss realistic treatment options with clients. The rota is 7.5 hours per day, Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm, plus 1 in 8 weekends.
