About the Role
This is a full-time permanent position offering genuine variety and the chance to make a real impact on pets and their owners in financial hardship. You'll work a structured shift pattern of 7.5 hours per day, Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm, plus one in eight weekends, providing excellent work-life balance. You'll encounter a wide range of medical and surgical cases that will challenge and develop your clinical skills whilst delivering welfare-focused care.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality small animal veterinary care across a diverse caseload of medical and surgical cases
- Make sound, evidence-based clinical decisions and discuss realistic treatment options with clients
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to champion PDSA's mission and contribute to continuous service improvement

Requirements
- Qualified veterinary surgeon with RCVS registration
- Proven experience in small animal practice
- Strong clinical confidence with ability to manage diverse cases independently
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust with clients
- Team player with collaborative approach and willingness to share knowledge
- Adaptability and resilience to handle varied caseload and shift patterns
