About the Role

This Veterinary Surgeon opportunity at PDSA Stoke is built around variety, with a wide mix of medical and surgical cases and a clear focus on helping pets and owners who need support most. Key Responsibilities

• Provide veterinary care across a varied medical and surgical caseload at PDSA Stoke.
• Discuss realistic treatment options with clients and create clear, practical plans based on each owner’s circumstances.
• Use clinical confidence to make evidence based decisions in a busy hospital setting.
• Work positively with colleagues across the hospital and contribute to a supportive team culture.
• Help champion PDSA’s mission and support client contributions to the charity’s work.
• Support ongoing service improvement through collaboration and shared learning.

Requirements

• Qualified Veterinary Surgeon.
• Adaptability and resilience to manage a diverse caseload.
• Clinical confidence and an evidence based approach to decision making.
• Strong communication skills for working with clients and colleagues.
• A team focused approach and willingness to work collaboratively.
