This is a fixed-term, part-time maternity cover RVN position at Portland Vets' Edenbridge site. The rota covers 24 to 40 hours per week in 8 hour shifts between 8.30am and 6.30pm, with no weekends and no OOH.
Your shifts will include consulting, surgery and inpatient care, so this is a varied nursing role where you can make full use of your clinical skills. The practice also says there may be scope to act as a clinical coach, or work towards becoming one.
Portland Vets is an independent, family-owned small animal practice with sites in East Grinstead, Edenbridge, Horley and Crawley. The Edenbridge practice was purpose-designed and opened in 2013, with a layout built to support workflow from consult rooms and wards through to prep and theatre.
The site includes an in-house laboratory, ultrasound, dental X-ray and multi-parameter monitoring. It also has a stand-alone cat-only clinic next to the main practice and is a gold standard ISFM cat-friendly practice.
