This is an experienced Veterinary Surgeon role within an independent, RCVS accredited small animal practice in Brentwood, Essex. The practice is seeking a confident all rounder who can take ownership of their own caseload, contribute to a busy first and second opinion workload, and work independently when making clinical decisions.
The rota is structured around a full time four day week, 40 hours per week, with a 1 in 4 weekend rota. Saturdays are 9am to 5pm and Sundays are 9am to 2pm. There are no out of hours duties, and part time applications are welcome.
You will be joining a well equipped and supportive clinical environment with access to specialist consultants through a virtual referral centre, plus a team that includes an Advanced Practitioner in Veterinary Ophthalmology, a vet with a Post Graduate Certificate in Exotic Medicine, experienced nurses and reception staff.
