This permanent full-time position offers 35 hours per week working 08:30 to 17:00 on an eight-week rolling rota that includes every other weekend and bank holidays. You'll be based at Southridge Animal Centre in Potters Bar, Hertfordshire, where you'll play a vital role in animal behaviour and welfare support.
As Behaviour and Welfare Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for animals with complex behavioural challenges, working alongside the National Behaviour Team and the Regional Clinical Animal Behaviourist. Your expertise will drive meaningful change in animal welfare, helping dogs, cats, and small animals transition successfully into their forever homes.
