About the Role
This is a senior clinical leadership opportunity spanning five practices across the Midlands (Shelton Lock, Allestree, Oakwood, Alfreton, and Langley Mill). About the Practice
Scarsdale Vets has evolved from a small agricultural practice established in the 1940s into one of the largest veterinary providers in the Midlands. The group now operates eleven small animal practices across Derby and Burton, a state-of-the-art small animal hospital, and a dedicated team of farm and equine vets serving the East Midlands region. Part of IVC Evidensia, the UK and Europe's leading veterinary care group (900+ practices and referral hospitals), Scarsdale Vets shares a commitment to happier animals and happier owners through progressive, values-led veterinary care.
The team culture emphasizes continuous improvement, professional development, and clinical excellence. Certificate study is actively encouraged, and careers are built without limits—colleagues are supported to make greater clinical impact, access more opportunities, and play active roles in their professional communities.
