This is a permanent full-time position based at St George's Vets in Wolverhampton, offering a 4-day, 40-hour working week with a shared 1 in 5 Saturday rota. You'll work alongside an experienced orthopaedic and soft tissue surgeon, managing a varied and rewarding surgical caseload that includes TPLO, BOAS, TECA, large mass removals, and laparoscopic spays. Extended surgical consult times are available for more complex cases, allowing you to deliver high-quality care in a collaborative hospital environment.
St George's is a well-equipped GP hospital offering mid-tier referral services. The practice spans nine sites and is relocating to a brand-new purpose-built main hospital facility within the next 18 months. Overnight care for hospitalised patients is supported on-site by Vets Now, ensuring continuous patient care outside of core hours.
