About the Role
This is a dynamic rotating position at a state-of-the-art hospital in South West London, where you'll work across theatre, wards, consults, and specialist support. No two days are the same—you'll be fully supported to expand your clinical skills and deliver first-class patient care. The role operates on a 4-day week with a 1-in-4 weekend rota, with time off in lieu to balance your schedule. Accommodation in central London is available if needed.
You'll be working alongside certificate-holding vets, diplomates, and advanced certificate-holding GP vets in a collaborative environment where nursing is truly valued as essential to patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Rotate between theatre work, ward management, consultation support, and assisting the specialist team
- Deliver hands-on patient nursing with clinical confidence and autonomy
- Support advanced surgical and diagnostic procedures using cutting-edge equipment
- Contribute to a culture of evidence-based, high-standard patient care
- Participate in CPD and professional development opportunities
Requirements
- Current RCVS registration as a Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN)
- Strong clinical nursing skills and commitment to patient welfare
- Ability to work flexibly within a rotating rota system
- Professional approach to continuing professional development
