About the Role
Veterinary Vision is building something special. You'll be joining their Glasgow service as they relocate to a brand-new, purpose-built referral hospital—a rare opportunity to be part of a pivotal moment in the practice's growth. This role offers genuine scope to shape how advanced ophthalmology is delivered within a newly designed environment built specifically for referral medicine.
You'll work with a growing and diverse ophthalmology caseload, supported by a dedicated ophthalmic nursing team and close collaboration with experienced colleagues across four sites. Whether you're working towards your ophthalmology certificate, already hold one, or are an advanced practitioner, there's a tailored in-house training programme designed for your level.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver advanced ophthalmology care within the new purpose-built referral hospital
Manage a diverse and growing referral caseload in a specialist setting
Collaborate closely with the ophthalmic team across the four-site network
Work alongside the dedicated ophthalmic nursing team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes
Contribute to developing and refining clinical protocols within the new hospital environment
Engage with the in-house training programme to support ongoing professional development
Requirements
A genuine passion for ophthalmology and high clinical standards
Veterinary qualification (applications welcome from vets working towards an ophthalmology certificate, certificate holders, and advanced practitioners/Diplomates)
Professional registration with the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS)
