Braid Vets is looking for a motivated Registered Veterinary Nurse to join a friendly and highly skilled team in Edinburgh. This is a full-time role, working 40 hours per week from 8am to 6pm, with a four-day working week and part-time applications considered.
The caseload is varied, covering first opinion, hospital and emergency nursing. You will also work alongside experienced colleagues in a hospital environment that supports nurses to develop their interests and build their careers.
Weekend working is limited to 1 in 6, and there is no out-of-hours rota.
Braid Vets is based in Edinburgh and has three branches, including a well-established veterinary hospital. The practice works across surgery, dentistry, internal medicine and behavioural medicine.
The hospital is also home to e-vets, a dedicated emergency clinic providing 24/7 emergency care for ten local practices, including Braid Vets. The practice is also one of a small number of Vet Nurse Training Practices in Scotland.
