This Romford small animal surgery is seeking a Veterinary Surgeon for its out of hours team. The rota is part-time and follows 7 nights on and 14 nights off, with Monday to Friday covering 8pm to 8:15am and weekends 6pm to 9am.
You will be joining a busy practice with a varied caseload, so this role suits someone who is comfortable working independently, confident in emergency surgery, and able to balance strong clinical work with a high standard of client care.
The role is based at Vets for Pets Romford, Essex, a purpose built surgery with a clinical team of 14 vets and 18 VNs. The team has a wide range of individual interests, from medicine through to soft tissue and orthopaedic surgery.
The practice has 2 dedicated operating theatres, ultrasound, an in house laboratory, digital radiographs, a full endoscopy unit and access to CT in one of the branches. It also offers free onsite parking and is positioned with transport links into central London and out to the Essex countryside.
