About the Role

This is a rare opportunity to own and operate your own veterinary practice with the backing of Vets for Pets' comprehensive support model. You'll be establishing a brand-new small animal practice in Clitheroe, a picturesque market town in Lancashire's Ribble Valley, with easy access to Manchester, Preston, and the Lake District. The practice will be located within an existing Pet Care Centre, positioning you to build a loyal client base from day one.

You'll have true clinical and operational autonomy to define your clinical protocols, client relationships, and team culture. This is a full-time permanent role where you take a salary from day one whilst building equity in the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and manage all clinical operations within your own practice
• Set your own clinical protocols and business direction
• Build and lead your veterinary team
• Develop client relationships and practice reputation in the local community
• Manage finances and business growth with support from Vets for Pets
• Oversee daily practice operations including staff management and client care standards

Requirements

• Qualified veterinary professional (MRCVS)
• Demonstrated experience in veterinary practice
• Entrepreneurial mindset and drive to build a successful business
• Strong clinical knowledge and management capability
• Ability to lead and develop a veterinary team
