This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident RVN who enjoys all aspects of nursing and is keen to take an active role within a collaborative team. You'll be encouraged to fully utilise your clinical skills, from inpatient care and anaesthetic monitoring through to nurse consultations, patient admissions and discharges. This daytime-only role with no out-of-hours commitments offers genuine flexibility, with both full-time and part-time positions available.
The practice is conveniently located within the Pets at Home store at Reading Retail Park, with excellent transport links, free onsite parking, modern facilities, and state-of-the-art equipment. You'll be supported by an experienced and welcoming team of 2.5 veterinary surgeons, a head veterinary nurse, fellow RVN, two student veterinary nurses, a veterinary care assistant, and five client care advisors. Your dedicated VCAs and student nurses will provide excellent support with theatre preparation and patient care, allowing you to focus on delivering the highest standard of nursing care.
