About the Role

This is a full-time Registered Veterinary Nurse position in Romford, working 40 hours a week with 1 in 4 weekends and occasional OOH. The rota is described as flexible, so there is scope to talk through a pattern that suits your lifestyle.

You’ll be part of a busy, well-established team and play an important clinical role in delivering a high standard of care for patients and clients. The practice also highlights its supportive, friendly environment and the opportunity to be involved in the wider running of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day running of the practice while helping maintain a high standard of care for patients and clients.
• Deliver hands-on nursing care as part of the clinical team.
• Use strong communication and organisation skills to contribute to the smooth running of the practice.
• Take part in a role that includes both clinical duties and an interest in how the practice operates as a business.
• Work across a practice team based over two branches.

Requirements

• Qualified RVN status.
• Strong communication skills.

About the Practice

The practice is a thriving 24-hour site with a well-established team of 13 vets, 17 RVNs, 7 SVNs and 12 receptionists across two branches. It is purpose built to industry-leading standards and includes two dedicated operating theatres, ultrasound, an in-house laboratory, digital radiographs, a full endoscopy unit and access to CT in one of the branches.

It also offers free on-site parking and is located with transport links into central London in around 25 minutes, and access to the Essex countryside in around 20 minutes.
