This is a fixed-term Registered Veterinary Nurse role in South Shields, with the potential to lead to a permanent position. The practice is ideally looking for a full-time nurse, but part-time can also be discussed, and there is no OOH.
You will be joining an inclusive, family-feel team that values patient care, customer service and colleague wellbeing. The role includes a 1 in 4 Saturday rota, along with regular nurse meetings and full team meetings to support good communication and keep protocols, products and cases under review.
South Shields Vets for Pets has been established for over 18 years and has a loyal client base. The team currently includes 4 experienced vets, 5 RVNs, 1 SVN, 2 VCAs and 5 CCAs.
The practice is RCVS accredited and holds Silver ISFM accreditation. It is close to the coast and beautiful beaches, with road and rail links to Newcastle and Sunderland.
