This is a senior clinical leadership position at Vets for Pets Evesham, a practice experiencing exciting growth under the same ownership as the award-winning Vets for Pets Worcester. You'll be the lead vet on site, responsible for day-to-day clinical direction and mentoring a team of three vets while the practice owner provides strategic oversight. The role combines hands-on small animal practice with meaningful leadership, allowing you to shape team culture and contribute directly to the practice's continued success.
This is a full-time position with flexibility: you can choose between 8-hour or 10-hour shifts to suit your preference, with paid overtime available. The practice is open Monday to Saturday, with all roles including a 1 in 3 Saturday rota, meaning your Sundays are always free. As part of the wider Vets for Pets Worcester family, you'll have access to a vibrant social community across the combined group of over 40 staff, including book club, movie club, and craft club.
