This part-time Veterinary Receptionist role is based at Poole Vets for Pets and centres on delivering excellent client care while supporting the clinical team. You'll be the link between clients, their pets and the practice, helping to create a smooth, welcoming experience from arrival through to booking, payment and follow-up.
The rota includes 1 in 4 or 2 in 4 Saturdays, 8:30am to 4:00pm with a 30 minute lunch break, and there may be additional hours in the future. Strong computer literacy is important, as the role uses the booking system to support the day-to-day running of the practice.
