This is a Veterinary Surgeon role within an RCVS recognised outstanding Small Animal Hospital and Emergency Services Clinic in Barnsley. The practice is open to qualified vets at different stages of their career, including experienced surgeons looking to work towards a certificate and new graduates seeking support in their first role.
You can expect exposure to a varied caseload that includes routine work alongside services such as neurosurgery, orthopaedics, minimally invasive surgery, stem cell therapy and chemotherapy. The practice also offers advanced medical technology, including a CT scanner, rigid and flexible endoscopes and ultrasound machines.
Rota options are flexible, with full time, part time and weekend only considered. Weekend cover is part of the role, on a 1 in 2 basis for full time or 1 in 4 for part time.
