Looking for a practice that genuinely cares about your work-life balance? Join Leyland Vets for Pets, where no OOH, Sundays or bank holidays means you can actually enjoy your weekends (just 1-in-5 Saturday mornings, 9am-1pm), and three hours of protected daily break time keeps you sane.
No out-of-hours, Sundays, or bank holidays. Saturday mornings only on a one-in-five rota (9am to 1pm).
You will join an established small animal practice that opened in 2016 and has grown significantly since. The team has recently completed a large refurbishment, creating a modern, welcoming environment for both staff and patients. This is a full-time or part-time role working 20 to 40 hours per week. Full-time hours (40 hours) are normally spread across four days and include working one Saturday morning in five (9am to 1pm), with no out-of-hours shifts, Sundays, or bank holiday work required.
The practice is genuinely committed to your wellbeing. Your daily diary is designed with your interests in mind, with three hours each day set aside for breaks, client calls, and admin work, ensuring you leave on time and are never overwhelmed. The owners, Andrew and Jennifer, have deliberately created an inclusive, supportive work environment where colleagues genuinely enjoy socialising and attending team building events together.
With a varied caseload including exotics, soft tissue, orthopaedics, and cardiology cases supported by visiting peripatetic specialists, you will have real scope to expand your skills and knowledge throughout your career.
