This is a Veterinary Surgeon role in a state of the art 24/7 small animal hospital with a varied caseload and a supportive, experienced team. The practice is looking for a forward thinking, driven and conscientious vet, ideally with more than 2 years qualified experience, although confident vets with 1 year qualified experience will also be considered.
You will work in a hospital setting with 20 minute appointments, dedicated inpatient time and a rota designed around continuity of care. There are three theatres, a large prep room, four wards with CASCO heated kennels, 10 consulting rooms, bedrooms for OOH colleagues, a colleague room and kitchen, plus a dedicated pharmacy team and technology support including AI consult notes and video consults.
The practice already has night vets in place, so OOH is not required, but there is scope to explore OOH and ECC work if you would like it in your rota. The role suits someone who wants a varied caseload, case continuity and the chance to work in a hospital where no two days are the same.
