You’ll join Vets Now Witham in a part-time Veterinary Surgeon role focused on backshifts within an emergency and critical care setting. The work is designed to develop your clinical skills, with ongoing mentorship and exposure to an interesting caseload.
The rota runs on a 4-week rolling pattern and includes weeknight backshifts, weekend backshifts and a fair share of bank holidays. Typical shift times are Monday to Friday from 7pm to 12am, and Saturday and Sunday from 4pm to 12am.
You’ll often work as the second vet on shift, giving you the chance to share knowledge and manage more complex cases alongside colleagues in an established, experienced team.
