This part-time weekend receptionist role is based in an ECC setting at Vets Now Barton-Le-Clay, with a regular Saturday evening shift and bank holidays on rota. You'll be the first point of contact for emergency pet care, helping clients, and updating the clinical team.
This part-time receptionist position is based within Boness Vets in Barton-Le-Clay and supports emergency and critical care services at Vets Now. The rota is set across four weeks, with Week 1, Week 2 and Week 3 each covering Saturday from 18:00 to 00:00, then Week 4 off, plus a fair share of bank holidays.
You'll be the first point of contact for clients during emergencies, helping to handle calls, welcome visitors, process payments and pass key updates to the veterinary team. The role also includes accurate admin work in a busy environment where calm communication matters.
