This full-time RVN position at Vets Now Gillingham offers a balanced work-life schedule with an average of 40 hours per week spread across approximately 3 shifts weekly. Your rota includes a mix of weekend shifts (both day and night) alongside weekday nights, with a fair share of bank holidays covered. It's an excellent opportunity to deepen your emergency and critical care knowledge whilst maintaining flexibility for family commitments.
You'll be at the core of the clinical team, managing triage, surgical support, anaesthesia monitoring, and in-patient care. This role allows you to develop advanced ECC competencies in a supportive, highly skilled emergency environment.
