Vets Now's Glasgow hospital is a busy emergency and critical care centre offering orthopaedic, soft tissue, internal medicine and referral services. This full-time registered veterinary nurse position is a 6 to 12 month fixed-term contract working night shifts on a 5 nights on, 5 nights off rota. You'll provide high-standard inpatient care for referral patients, emergencies and critical care cases, working alongside Specialist and Associate Practitioner vets in a genuinely supportive multi-disciplinary team.
With shift times of 16:00 to 04:00 or 20:00 to 08:00, this role offers structured OOH cover that balances clinical challenge with manageable sleep patterns. The diverse caseload means you'll be continually developing your skills across emergency medicine, anaesthesia, critical care and surgical support.
