You’ll be joining Alexander Vets, a well-established small animal practice nestled on the outskirts of the Lake District—a location that truly delivers on the promise of outdoor living, with easy access to stunning walks, water sports, and countryside activities. This is a full-time position working four days per week (shifts between 8:30am and 6:00pm) plus one half-day each week, with just a single Saturday morning shift (9:00am–12:00pm) on a 1-in-4 rota. Importantly, there’s no on-call or out-of-hours work required, giving you genuine time to enjoy your weekends and personal life.
The practice has recently invested in modern facilities including digital X-ray, ultrasound, laser therapy, and in-house laboratory capabilities, so you’ll have the tools to deliver comprehensive case management. The team values collaborative, high-standard care for a loyal client base.
Alexander Vets is a well-established small animal practice serving Barrow in Furness and the surrounding area. The clinic has been recently refurbished with modern diagnostic and therapeutic equipment: digital X-ray, ultrasound, laser therapy, and in-house laboratory facilities enable comprehensive case management for their loyal client base.
