About the Practice
Amery Veterinary Group is an independent, RCVS-accredited small animal practice operating three surgeries across Alton, Bordon, and Grayshott in Hampshire. The Alton and Bordon clinics are well-equipped with separate cat and dog wards, advanced diagnostic facilities (ultrasound with cardiac probes, Idexx VetLab stations for same-day haematology and biochemistry, digital radiography), dedicated surgical theatres, and high-speed dental handpieces with digital dental radiography at Bordon. Grayshott, located in a picturesque village, currently offers consultations only. The practice is dedicated to state-of-the-art medicine and compassionate care, enriching the relationship between owners and their pets.
Now part of IVC Evidensia—a global network of over 2,500 clinics across 20 countries caring for around 25,000 animals daily—the practice maintains its independent identity while accessing world-class resources and support. The team is committed to excellence in management, medicine, surgery, and diagnostics, supported by a visiting orthopaedic surgeon for complex cases.
