About the Role
Bell & Partners is seeking an enthusiastic Registered Veterinary Nurse to join its Coventry surgery on a full-time basis. This is a varied nursing position working 40 hours across 4 days, with shifts between 8:30am and 7:00pm (including a 30-minute unpaid lunch break), giving you genuine work-life balance. About the Practice
Bell & Partners was originally founded in 1974 as a mixed practice in Weston under Wetherley, Leamington Spa. The Coventry surgery opened in 1989 and has been caring for pets in Wyken and the surrounding area for over 30 years. In 1998, the practice expanded into the adjacent shop unit, creating the modern surgery that serves the community today. Now run by Ross Butler (the lead vet since opening day), the practice is proud of its reputation for providing friendly, reliable service—with many clients having trusted Bell & Partners with their pets for many years.
The practice is part of IVC Evidensia, a group committed to supporting careers without limits through investment in learning, innovation, and wellbeing. At Bell & Partners, that translates into a collaborative, values-led culture focused on care, community, and continuous improvement.
