Join a friendly, progressive mixed practice in the Scottish Highlands with genuine support for recent graduates and a real commitment to clinical development. This role offers flexibility, beautiful surroundings, and a team that values both ambition and work-life balance.

Conanvet is seeking an RVN to join its clinical team across multiple Highland locations. This full-time position involves a 40-hour week on a shift pattern of 8-hour days Monday to Friday (8am to 8pm) plus 1 in 6 Saturday mornings (8am to 4pm) on a time-off-in-lieu basis. Part-time applicants are welcome, and the practice will work with candidates to find flexible arrangements.
You'll work primarily at the main surgeries in Conon Bridge and Dingwall, with occasional opportunities at smaller consulting branches in Fortrose, Ullapool and Gairloch. The practice is a long-established, independent, RCVS-accredited mixed animal operation, so you'll be involved in small animal nursing, farm work, and equine care. Recent graduates are very welcome and will receive structured support and training.
