This is a unique opportunity to establish and own your own small animal veterinary practice in Clitheroe, a picturesque market town in the Ribble Valley. You will have complete clinical and operational autonomy to define your clinical journey, client relationships, and team culture. As Practice Owner, you will take a salary from day one and earn 100% of future profits once loans are repaid, with dividends paid twice annually.
The practice will be housed within an existing Pet Care Centre, positioning you as part of the local community with immediate access to a stream of potential clients. You will work with Vets for Pets to establish the practice, which could be up and running within 6 to 12 months. This is a full-time permanent role with a generous 28-day holiday package.
Vets for Pets is opening a brand-new single-floor practice in Clitheroe featuring 1,400 sq. ft of purpose-designed space. The facility will include three consultation rooms, prep area and theatre, X-ray and laboratory capabilities, separate cat and dog wards and waiting areas, an isolation ward, office, and fully branded reception area. The practice benefits from its location within an existing Pet Care Centre, a first stop for many new pet owners and a source of ongoing client flow.
Vets for Pets' unique ownership model provides clinical and operational autonomy while delivering comprehensive business support.
