This is an exciting opportunity to step into clinical leadership at Bridge Veterinary Group, part of CVS Group. You'll lead a friendly, forward-thinking team of 8 veterinary surgeons, 10 registered veterinary nurses, 2 student nurses, 6 receptionists and 5 patient care assistants across multiple sites. Working 40 hours per week across 4 or 5 days (part-time arrangements available upon request), you'll drive clinical excellence, team engagement, and service development in a busy small animal hospital environment.
This role is ideal if you're seeking your first step into clinical leadership or a Clinical Director looking for a fresh challenge. You'll work closely with the Senior Clinical Director and Regional Director, championing CVS values across the business and acting as a positive role model for the entire team.
