Animed, established in 2010, supplies animal medicines, pet food and accessories to customers across the UK. You'll be joining a friendly and supportive Customer Care team, answering inbound calls and emails in a busy contact centre environment. This full-time or part-time role offers flexibility: part-time positions are available from 20+ hours per week with flexible lunch-cover shifts (10am-3pm, 11am-4pm, 12pm-5pm Monday to Friday), and weekend work is welcome. Full-time roles run 40 hours per week Monday to Friday (08:00-17:30), with optional weekend shifts available. Hybrid working is available after initial training, based on maintaining performance.
