Animed, established in 2010, supplies animal medicines, pet food, and accessories to customers across the UK. You'll join a supportive Customer Care team known for delivering excellent service to veterinary practices and pet owners. This role offers flexibility: choose full-time hours (40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:30) or part-time lunch-cover shifts (20 hours per week, 10am-5pm depending on preference), with the option to add weekend shifts if you'd like extra flexibility. Hybrid working is available after your initial training period, based on maintaining strong performance.
You'll be at the heart of a busy contact centre, handling inbound calls and emails from customers who rely on Animed for their animal healthcare products. Your work directly supports UK veterinary practices and pet owners, making a real difference in animal care delivery.
