This is a leadership opportunity for an experienced Registered Veterinary Nurse ready to take charge of a nursing team. You'll manage 3 RVNs at Melton Vets, a small animal practice built on honest, fair, and fun values. The role is based on-site at their brand-new, fully refurbished facility in Woodbridge, with flexible scheduling across 4 or 5 days per week within 8am to 7pm hours.
You'll work full-time (40 hours weekly) or part-time hours if that suits your circumstances. The practice prioritises a collaborative, friendly environment where everyone is supported in delivering excellent patient care and staff feel genuinely valued.
