This is a permanent, full-time position based in Newcastle with Vet Direct, a division of CVS Group plc. You'll be supporting veterinary practices across the UK by providing technical expertise on equipment, products, and consumables. Rather than working hands-on in a clinic, you'll focus on helping customers understand and get the most from their purchases through training, documentation, and responsive problem-solving.
You'll build comprehensive knowledge libraries, develop training materials like videos and guides, and coordinate equipment loans and warranty queries with manufacturers. This role combines customer support with product expertise, making it ideal if you want to use your nursing background in a different way.
